Been travelling Thailand for the past week and today I visited the "Akha Hill Tribes" in the city of Chiang Rai and met all the different tribes that still exist outside the city. These ladies all come from different tribes who all live together in one large village and it was fascinating to learn about their different cultures. They've been accepting tourists into their humble abode to see their way off life and you're also able to buy their little trinkets like jewellery and silk wear. They have all learnt to speak some english and even chinese so it was a joy conversing with them.
Something different I know but I thought it's still magical.
